Who We Are…

A body of Believers who love and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ

Who We Are

We teach the power of taking authority over poverty, sickness, stagnation, and any other thing that prevents believers from living the abundant life promised to us in God's word. Together, we are learning how to walk in the dominion God gave to us as revealed in the Bible.

We believe the intent of God is for believers to achieve prominence in business, government, healthcare, academia, and in all aspects of life for His glory and the benefit of humanity. In doing so, we do our part to fulfill Scripture by ensuring that God's Kingdom comes and His will is done on earth, as it is in heaven.

We do NOT teach a prosperity gospel, focused only on living our best lives here on earth. We understand that we are all sinners saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ & repentance and that we will suffer many trials in this world. But we also understand that it is not the desire of our Master for us to live in chronic defeat, and He gave us the power to overcome in His name.

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

  • We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, trustworthy and true, without error, Word of God and that the Word of God is the only guide for a believer’s conduct, showing the believer how to relate to God, with one another and others in the world. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

  • We believe there is only one God who eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19; 1 John :7)

  • We believe that Jesus Christ is God; in His virgin birth; in His sinless life; in His miracles; in His death on a cross that paid for our sin through His shed blood; in His descent into hell to defeat satan, death, and the grave; in His bodily resurrection on the 3rd day after His crucifixion; in His ascension/rising up to the right hand of the Father; and in His personal return in power and glory. He is the Head of the Church. (John 1:1; Matthew 1:18,25; Hebrews 4:15; Hebrews 9:15-22; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8; Ephesians 4:9; 1 Peter 3:18-19; Acts 2:27; Acts 1:9-11; Hebrews 9:27-28; Colossians 1:18)

  • We believe that acceptance of Jesus Christ and regeneration by the Holy Spirit is the only path to salvation for lost/sinful men and women. (John 3:16; John 5:24; John 14:6; Titus 3:3-7)

  • We believe that the salvation of humankind is wholly a work of God’s free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, and thereby justified them in His sight. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9-10; 2 Corinthians 5:21)

  • We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who lives within and guides Christians so they are enabled to live godly lives. (John 14:15-26; John 16:5-16; Ephesians 1:13-14)

  • We believe in water baptism by immersion of all souls who put their faith in Jesus Christ, according to the teaching of Christ in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19; Galatians 3:27)

  • We believe in eternal life, and that through belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, we spend eternity with the Lord in Heaven. We believe that in rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we receive eternal suffering in hell. (Matthew 25:31-46; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

  • We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, that all believers are members of His body, the Church. (Philippians 2:1-4)

  • We believe that God’s design for sexual intimacy is to be expressed only within the context of marriage. God instituted marriage between one man and one woman as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of one man and one woman. (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9)

  • We believe that God created all human beings in His image. Therefore, we believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end; that we must honor the physical and spiritual needs of all people; following Christ’s example, we believe that every person should be treated with love, dignity and respect. (Genesis 1:27; Psalm 139:13; Isaiah 49:1; Jeremiah 1:5; Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10)

  • We believe that the responsibility of every believer in Jesus Christ is to spread the gospel to everyone within their sphere of influence. (Matthew 28:19-20)

  • We believe that Jesus Christ will come again to the earth – personally, visibly, and bodily – to gather His church, reign with a rod of iron, and complete the eternal plan of God the Father. (Matthew 24:30; Zechariah 14:4-7, 16-21; Revelation 19:11-16)

  • We believe that there will be a bodily resurrection of the saved and of the lost—of the saved, unto eternal life, and of the lost, unto eternal judgment in the lake of fire. (Daniel 12:1-2; Jeremiah 33:15; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:4-6)
